Congratulations to our new neighbors Rhonda & Drew Attaway for being selected as BVWNA's July 2023 Yard of the Month.

Drew & Rhonda have a well-manicured lawn and beautiful flower beds with hydrangeas and crepe myrtle for color. Our new neighbors enjoy shopping at nurseries and have landscaping plans for next spring. We truly appreciate the efforts of all Bentley Village residents and the effort made to keep our neighborhood the best!

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)

A photograph will also be published in the NA website congratulating the winner.
