New Hotel Opening Before New Year!

As of December 2023

The hotel is just about ready to open its doors! The hotel construction is finished, new staff are in training, and the last of the furniture is being moved in! Fingers are crossed that all will be in place to open the doors on December 28th! It will be a great place for local tourists and business travelers. And maybe a great place for parents to stay while the children get to visit with grandparents in Bentley Village-Waterchase Estates. The new team seem very excited and are very welcoming. I told them we are all very happy for this new addition to our area. Stop by and take a look at the new hotel.

As of October 2023

The hotel is still under construction. The exterior of the building looks fairly complete, pool is in the ground, but landscaping has not begun. It appears the interior still has a lot of work to be done. We will continue to reach out to the General Contractor to get an update on the status of this new business and the surrounding property.

New Hotel Opening Summer 2023

You may have noticed the "green" building emerging along the creek just south of Lowes. It is the new Home 2 Suites by Hilton waiting for its exterior brick. According to the builder, the hotel is scheduled to open this summer. We have received word that the two lots immediately west of the hotel are in the process of being sold for commercial business.

Potential New Developments - 02/06/2022

There are two new potential developments at Eastchase and I30. The street that runs south of Lowe's and north of I30 is Cina Creek Parkway. Between Cina Creek Parkway and I30, a hotel and small business strip center will be built. More information will be published here as it becomes available
