Congratulations to Stan & Cindy Moses at 8801 Sylvan Court being selected as BVWNA's June Yard of the Month.

Stan and Cindy Moses' yard is stunning and well manicured all year-round. Every view of this corner lot yard is beautiful from any angle. It is all so inviting, and contributes to keeping our neighborhood beautiful!

Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)

A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
