Congratulations to Don & Brenda Tucker at 8802 Racquet Club Drive being selected as BVWNA's July Yard of the Month.

Don and Brenda Tucker’s manicured yard at 8802 Racquet Club Drive, has been chosen as yard of the month for July. The grass, flowers, trees, plants and shrubs always looks so amazing. We appreciate the efforts of our long time Bently Village residents and how they add such beauty to our neighborhood!

Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)

A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
