2024 Fall Yard of the Month

Congratulations to our new neighbors Monty & Sonya Buhrow for being selected as BVWNA's 2024 Fall Yard of the Month!

Monty and Sonya are so excited to be recognized for all the work they've done in their front yard at 812 Hunters Glen Trail.  The Buhrow's moved into the neighborhood just over a year ago and have spent 4-5 hours a week working on the yard. They really love the magnolia trees and magnolia bush they planted, the bush has beautiful pink flowers!  Their yard tip is to treat the yard for weeds every few mowings.

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will credit a $25 certificate to the winner's Calloway's account.

A photograph will also be published in the NA website congratulating the winner.
