LGI Homes Development

LGI Homes plans a development at 7500 Randol Mill Rd. - This development is zoned A5, and contains 354 residential lots on 97 acres. This planned development is on a hill with a severe slope and storm water drainage onto Randol Mill Rd and should be a major concern. Benchmark Homes is going in across the street from Oak Ridge with around 50 homes, and the infrastructure of Randol Mill Rd should be in question, as well as overloading of the already crowded public schools. These concerns should be addressed to the City Plan Commission with the expectations to follow through with all Subdivision Ordinances.
